A week in Turkey
In June the 28th I travelled to Turkey. Turkey borders to Greece, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. The seas that are near Turkey are The black sea and the Mediterranean sea. Turkey is a very hot country with good weather almost every day. It took about three hours to fly to Turkey and after that we took a bus to the hotel and that took about 30 minutes.
The hotel was very new built but there were some stuff that wasn’t so good with it. In our room it was mould in the ceiling. But we called the reception so they sent a guy in about 3 minutes and took it away and painted it over. The bed was pretty hard but I could sleep there anyway.
Me and my family traveled to Turkey with Seth and Linus families. We were there for a week. The place where we stayed was called Gumbet. We arrived to the hotel in the night so when we came there we went to bed. The name on the hotel was “Bodrum beach resort”. The morning after we went to the pool. It was very hot so it was very nice to take a swim in the pool. In the afternoon we got Turkish massage and that was very nice. The food was very good and we had “all inclusive” so we could eat as much as we wanted.
One day we took the bus into the city which was called Bodrum. When we were there we bought a lot of stuff for example shoes but almost everything was fake. One day we went to a restaurant to watch the EM final, Spain vs Italy. I ate meat with potatos and that was okay to eat.
The warmest day we had was 45°C so we had to drink a lot of water. Once I drank 0,5 litre water in 12 sec. The beach wasn’t so good so we did not go there. At the pool we had water slides and they were fun. The funniest thing was to slide from the big one and splash water on the people that was walking in front of it. We had a lot of fun on our journey and we laughed a lot. This was my story about Turkey.
